China Glaze's Sea Spray, a dusty sky blue that's super wearable. I adore this color! I didn't have anything like this in my collection, and light blue is going to be hot this Spring/Summer, so I'm happy to have this one.
Application: Three thin coats in the pic above. Two medium coats would also do.
Top Coat: One coat of Seche Vite
Where to Find: It's part of China Glaze's Spring Anchors Away Collection. If you're in NYC, stop searching and just order online (Amazon or Transdesign work). I have yet to find China Glaze in Manhattan and the company confirms that it's hard to find here. Anywhere else, you'll find them in salons and beauty stores like Ulta or Sally Beauty. You should find them for ~$4-$6.
