OPI's Pedal Faster Suzi! It's a light rosey pink with silvery shimmer flecks throughout. It's really lovely.
Application: Three coats for full opacity
Top coat: One coat of Posche quick-dry top coat.
Where to find: This is part of OPI's 2012 Spring Collection: Holland. It's currently available in salons and salon stores like ULTA, Trade Secret, and JC Penney's.

ReplyDeleteI love, love this shade from the Holland collection. I do put Gellous on top to smooth it out - then my SV top coat over that.
